One question am I allowed to do the archive as the this page is getting extremely bloated as their is stuff from 7 months ago that don't need to be here

There is a site notice stating: A discussion regarding a proposed Public TestWiki Discord server is now underway!.

Have you checked out the discussion?
Just sharing my thoughts... Personally I feel the posts should be left alone, given that most things that happen on this site is done for experimentation. If you wish to Archive the posts, perhaps make a formal request. I don't think that an Archive has been set up.

As long as you are comfortable with not breaking the page, don't remove the example request, and follow the format of the existing archives, I don't see why not. If you're not comfortable, I might remember to come back and take a look in a few days.
