For edits like this, since I strongly suspect you're an LTA on the Wikimedia wikis, I have hard blocked this IP address, preventing both account creation and existing users from editing from this IP address. Additionally, you have no need to use Special:EmailUser, given that edit, so that's been revoked.

If I've made an error, you may appeal on your user talk page, but that's it. Don't abuse it, either.
