It is granted, upon request (usually at [[<tvar name="rqp">TestWiki:Request permissions</tvar>|Request permissions]]), to any [[<tvar name="user">TestWiki:Users</tvar>|registered user]].

The administrator permission has most of the same user group rights as an administrator on most other projects. Though we use a lot of [[<tvar name="cs">w:WP:COMMONSENSE</tvar>|common sense]] here and ask that all administrators and registered users do the same, prospective or new administrators are encouraged to read the official policies listed at <tvar name="policies">[[TestWiki:Policies]]</tvar> (especially <tvar name="mp">[[TestWiki:Main policy]]</tvar>). In general terms, this means undoing or otherwise reverting any tests you do and performing test blocks on either <tvar name="uexample">[[User:Example]]</tvar> or yourself.
