Agent Isai, thank you for this request, and to the others that commented. Originally, since most users used IRCCloud, I thought this was the best solution; however, I'm not convinced the IRCCloud links are indeed permanent links. MacFan4000 said he preferred to have IRCCloud, so I kept it as is; however, it seems users are more amenable to switching, so this will be 
done. Fortunately, I also just added the libera prefix globally, so I don't even need to update the local interwiki prefix. Additionally, I'll keep the irrcloud local prefix as there some historical log actions that refer to that prefix in interwiki wikilinks.
