This account is part of the MediaWiki software and it is not owned by any user. It will block users indefinitely when someone triggered [[Special:AbuseFilter|abuse filters]] which enable blocking as well as strip rights from users who trigger filters which enable degrouping.
* It can always perform blocks even if it was blocked or its administrator right was revoked.
* If you revoke its administrator right, it will regain the right automatically when performing blocks.
* This user is capable of removing all rights from a user even though a normal administrator can't
