|decline=While there is not officially a requirement for a minimum amount of time before an appeal can be made, I find it hard to believe that the community would change their minds in only 16 hours. I am also declining this on the grounds that the first sentence reads more as an attempt to game the system (i.e. that you are submitting this request because you technically can, but not because you should). Additionally, this request brings nothing new to the table. If any uninvolved user objects to this decline, the appeal may be brought forward to the Community portal for consideration.
