While perhaps Void ''proposed'' to remove the restrictions (I don't know where he commented this), he never did. BrandonWM is thus still under Doug's original sanction which was amended by Zppix to include an indefinite user rights ban so his edits to [[TestWiki:Request permissions]] are indeed in violation of the original sanction. However, as miscommunication seems to have played a role in this, I am inclined to not issue any further sanctions at the moment due to this misunderstanding. While I initially thought it was a miscommunication, it has been mentioned so many times both in the [[proect:community portal#users_unblocking_themself|community portal]] that Void never said they were removed. In addition, the restriction was violated even ''before'' Void made the comment that BrandonWM claims it was removed in ([link here]). Furthermore, the last time BrandonWM was blocked for violating the restriction, they decided to self-unblock, and the community [[Project:Community_portal#|found issue with that on the community portal]] and as [https://test.miraheze.org/w/index.php?title=TestWiki:User_restrictions&diff=45969&oldid=42970 void edits the user restrictions page, keeping the restriction and not removing it]. While they were not reblocked despite the discussions's results because the discussion was stale, community consensus was that this was bad. While it may have initially been a miscommunication, now, it cannot possibly be. BrandonWM ''knows'' it is still in place, and that people near-unanimously disapprove, but continues to do it anyway.
:: Moreover, I'm extremely concerned about the other parts of the issue here. For example, BrandonWM has also repeatedly claimed to have support that they do not, for example, they claim to have "received messages of support from other crats", despite [https://test.miraheze.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:BrandonWM&action=history&offset=20220918235959&limit=2 no one other than themself commenting] between their [https://test.miraheze.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&logid=25100 block] and [https://test.miraheze.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Log&logid=25104 self-unblock], and right here on this very page where they claim to have "multiple consuls supporting them" even though no consul has publicly expressed that sentiment- in the discussion, all but one user agrees this is not okay, and that one was not a consul. Even if we assume that this happened in private, despite BrandonWM on multiple occasions claiming to have mystery people anonymously supporting them offwiki-- especially when there are only three active consuls, one of which publicly expressed issues with their behavior, another one of which removed their sysop and bureaucrat permissions and placed them under a topic ban, and the third one who I am currently replying to.
:: But that's not even the worst part. I'm extremely offended where BrandonWM says I have "acted in bad faith numerous times" without any basis for this claim, which is without a doubt a MSCoC violation and should without a doubt be actioned seperately, regardless of the tban violation.
