Test Wiki is for testing the MediaWiki software, not for promoting people/brands/etc like [[Farhan Rana Rajpoot]]. If you were testing something, revert tests once done. But it seems much more like you were using Test Wiki for SEO which is not OK (locally or globally). If you do this again you may be blocked.
