::::First off, why would an anti-swearing filter be disallowing "cra(p)"? That's not a swear word. Second, why would a filter like that be global? Not all wikis will have an anti-swearing policy (although IMHO they should), and therefore shouldn't local wikis be able to disable global filters the same way they can disable global blocks?
