从过滤日志上看，既然“不允许”已经能够阻止广告，那么就不需要开封禁了。我觉得封那三个用户已经多余了——封禁无害，不封无妨。（英语是写给其他用户看的） / Now that the abuse filter can prevent spam successfully according to the abuse filter log, it's not necessary to enable blocking.
