== Usage ==
NOTE: If username has SPACE ' ' within it, use UNDERSCORE _ instead (as the SECOND parameter), its unfixable for logs, there is no wikilink to go to a user's logs. It's not the template's fault, its the fault of whoever's using the template. (ex: use <nowiki>{{Vandal|Willy on wheels|Willy_on_wheels}}</nowiki> rather than <nowiki>{{Vandal|Willy on wheels}}</nowiki>.
