* Reason for requesting: I have been a registered editor for over 5 years now and have held both the administrator and bureaucrat rights but they were removed because of inactivity. Proof that I held both the admin and bureaucrat rights can be found here ([[TestWiki:Request_permissions/Archive_5#The_Dark_Lord_(Status:_Done)]] and [[TestWiki:Request_permissions/Archive_5#The_Dark_Lord_(Status:_Done)_2]]).
