I should also note that on TestWiki, [[TestWiki:Bureaucrats|bureaucrats]] don't have access to [[Special:ManageWiki|ManageWiki]], but if there's something you would like to test (i.e., an extension, an approved skin, or some other setting), you can {{tl|ping}} any [[TestWiki:Consuls|Consul]] from your user talk page or message them on theirs. We're pretty accommodating with reasonable use cases. You ''can'', if you're so inclined, also action permissions requests, so long as you aware of of the criteria for granting for each group, and it's a good practice to tell them something similar to what I told you in your [[TestWiki:Administrators|administrator]] request.
