: I would discourage requesting these rights in the immediate future not because you haven't filled a time bar, but because you have a fair few bits to work out in really understanding and applying TestWiki's scope. Frankly you seem quite new to the interface, and needing to be reviewed extensively because of this is not encouraging for bureaucrat nor is it something that resolves itself in just a week. Be more established perhaps, work out the quirks before considering the role. Two days doesn't really cut established/active and having a wiki is not pertinent. I should also note that even with crat you should not be closing central community discussions as evidently happened just a little while ago: that is the purview of a [[TestWiki:Consuls|Consul]]. Most of my deletions were templates, categories, and user pages (neither of which should be translated). Additionally, TestWiki is meant for testing admin/bureaucrat permissions. There isn't supposed to be much bureaucracy on or around this wiki, and so translating stuff that isn't for a testing purpose is unnecessary. The RfP header for example, also doesn't need to be translated because no one is navigating to the header itself, they're navigating to this page. Hope that answers the question.
