Reverting good-faith edits by Naleksuh; not seeing a massive need to use Special:PermanentLink versus Special:Diff. Also, on my former TestWiki:Editing restrictions page I had a separate column summarizing the full details of the sanction, which I preferred at the time, but I've warmed up to your more concise version that simply lists the type of sanction and links to the sanction.
