While perhaps Void ''proposed'' to remove the restrictions (I don't know where he commented this), he never did. BrandonWM is thus still under Doug's original sanction which was amended by Zppix to include an indefinite user rights ban so his edits to [[TestWiki:Request permissions]] are indeed in violation of the original sanction. However, as miscommunication seems to have played a role in this, I am inclined to not issue any further sanctions at the moment due to this misunderstanding.
