Administrator is a permission for testing. The administrator permission has the same rights as an administrator on any other project. Even if this is a test permission please make sure to read the main policy before doing stuff. The administrator permissions grants the ability to:

• Block a user from sending email (blockemail)
• Block other users from editing (block)
• Change protection levels and edit cascade-protected pages (protect)
