ApexAgunomu is required to demonstrate a reasonable amount of time of active testing (two weeks or so) without triggering the abuse filter before she can be granted administrator or bureaucrat privileges. This ensures that she has demonstrated the ability to edit within the guidelines and rules of this wiki before being granted any sort of privileged right.
