::Naleksuh presents compelling evidence of BrandonWM violating their still in-force [[TestWiki:User restrictions|user restriction]] with [[w:WP:IDHT|"I didn't hear that!"]] disruption. Some of the diffs presented are more minor, but what is troubling to me is BrandonWM closing or adding post-closure comments at [[TestWiki:Request permissions]], despite being asked not to do so and despite being prohibited, from his user restriction on TestWiki, from currently obtaining the <code>[[TestWiki:Bureaucrats|bureaucrat]]</code> bit. Reception123 presents adding a new user group to revoke the <code>unblockself</code> user right, but Naleksuh presents the counter-argument, why not just revoke <code>sysop</code>? I ''can'' see a case for such a group, but not for inappropriate use of unblock. How to best use the revoke permissions MediaWiki setting and whether such a group(s) would be beneficial here are worthy of a separate discussion at a later date, but at present, what we're dealing with is a user conduct issue. Thus, per violations of [[TestWiki:Policies|TestWiki policies]] and his own user restriction, I'm revoking BrandonWM's <code>sysop</code> permission for two weeks.
