I'd like to thank you all for your input, about closing I'd like to say that whether the proposal is reopened or not and whether I'm consul or not in the end I'll continue to help out on TestWiki and improve my flaws. Even if the closure of the proposal is not reverted, I would like to hear your opinion, even informally, on whether I should become a consul and what I should correct.
