Edit warring is when 2 or more users edit a page and revert each other's edits more than twice.
Actions taken
For the first time, both users get a warning on their talk pages by a bureaucrat or consul
The second time it happens, another warning
The third time both users get blocked from 1 day to 7 days.
If after being blocked they continue it is possible that they will be blocked indefinitely.
