The testing policy clearly states 'Pages that should not be tested on are placed in the non-test category. As the name suggests, please don't test on these pages.' They have done that [https://publictestwiki.com/w/index.php?title=TestWiki%3AMain_policy&type=revision&diff=7375&oldid=6755 here] and rollbacked a consul's edit [https://publictestwiki.com/w/index.php?title=TestWiki:Main_policy&diff=next&oldid=7392 here] which is an inappropriate use of rollback.
