Inactivity

I noticed the warnings you gave a few users regarding their inactivity. Thanks for helping out, and my interpretation of this may be wrong, but as per TestWiki:Inactivity, only consuls should remove these rights. This may be a procedural thing simply because bureaucrats are not able to remove the bureaucrat flag once granted, but there may be more to it. --sunset (talk) 08:34, 6 September 2018 (UTC)

I have seen bureaucrats remove the administrator right because of inactivity. Bureaucrats can also give back the administrator right if they want it back. Pkbwcgs (talk) 09:31, 6 September 2018 (UTC)

Admin tools

User:MacFan4000, actually I would like my admin and bureaucrat tools back. I am going to keep myself blocked but once I was blocked indefinitely with email and talk page access disabled inappropriately so without admin and bureaucrat tools, I can't put my talk page access back. It will be a long break and I will keep myself blocked here for now but can I still have my tools back. Pkbwcgs (talk) 15:43, 17 September 2018 (UTC)
