If the ''latter'', I'd prefer to see a few more test edits. Try checking out [[:Category:Special test pages]], perform a few other tests besides just a page deletion/undeletion and a category creation, and make sure you undo any tests performed (i.e., if you create a new test page, delete it). If the ''former'', can you link to your [[Special:Contributions]] page or [[Special:Log]] page (either as an interwiki wikilink or external link) for us to review? So, I'm placing this request {{Held}}, to either see a few more tests/cleanup or seeing your external wiki admin actions/logs, then either I or another bureaucrat will be able to grant you bureaucrat rights.
