::I'm already done with testing, it didn't go as I'd originally expected (Because of how it is set up on Wikipedia) and I liked the results, I could add variables into my templates normally without additional trouble. I mentioned the wrong page above, it was Mediawiki:License'''S''' that I intended to edit, but that's besides the point, now. At least I did not need to go to the localsettings, I just needed admin privileges, so I could edit that page, but thanks anyway for the concern.
