::: {{Done}} Okay, thanks for clarifying from where you came. I am going to grant you administrator permissions. Though we have few rules, we ''do'' have some [[TestWiki:Policies|guidelines]]. Please ensure you've read them. The two most important ones are that you (a) undo any tests you perform (i.e., if creating a new page, delete it afterward) and that (b) you are strongly encouraged, when testing blocking functionality, to test on [[User:Example]]. Though it is a globally locked test account, it still ''can'' be blocked, unblocked, and the like. Also, when testing, we have [[:Category:Special test pages]] that includes a series of pages on which you are encouraged to perform any tests. Longer term, if you want to volunteer to help improve Public Test Wiki, please ask any [[consul]] or an experienced [[bureaucrat]] for ways in which you can volunteer.
