* Reason for requesting: I would like to continue testing the tools as a Bureaucrat. I also would like to grant other users the rights they need/want to test and learn on here. I am familiar with the policies surrounding bureaucratship, adminship, and TestWiki in general. I have not abused my admin rights and am very active in this community. I have met the 10-edit requirement (I have about 40) and the 24hr requirement.
