* Reason for requesting: It has been about a week since I last requested crat rights here. I would like them to continue my testing, and to be able to grant other users the rights they need to test. For a sake of transparency, My last request was declined with the comments:

I believe I am now ready for crat rights. I now have over 100 edits and am much more familiar with the scope of TestWiki. I have also been doing more simple, general improvement edits, such as rewording confusing statements. As a potential crat, I understand when and when not to grant rights to other users.
