TestWiki:Testing pages

This is a list of already-existing testing pages, which you can use to test specific things. Feel free to create your own testing pages as well, provided you tag them for deletion or delete them later.

Please do not test on this page.

• AutoWikiBrowser test - for testing the AutoWikiBrowser
• Category test - for adding and removing categories
• Comment test - for testing the Comments extension by adding new comments, editing one's own existing comments, and removing comments
• Delete test - for testing the deletion of pages.
• Displaytitle test - for testing the parser function {{DISPLAYTITLE}}
• Abuse filter test - for testing abuse filters
  • abuse filters do not necesarily need to be applied to specific pages, but if possible it would be appreciated to be used to this page only.
• Merge history test - for testing the history merge feature
• Move test - for testing the page move feature
• Redirect test - for testing the #REDIRECT (redirecting the page to other pages)
• Rollback test - for testing the Rollback feature
• Revision deletion test - testing of the Special:RevisionDelete feature
• SVG test - description in progress (page won't load)
• Deletion test - testing deleting and undeleting pages
• Protection test - testing protecting and unprotecting pages
• Create protection test - testing protection on a nonexistent page ("create protection")
• Translating test - testing the translation tool
• URL shortener test - testing creation, deletion, and restoration of short URLs through Special:ManageShortUrls

Feel free to create any testing page not on this list if it is deleted later, or do general tests from the public sandbox or your private sandbox. But participation on the talk page before creating permanent test pages, while not required, would be appreciated :)
