What we call vandalism
For us vandalism is:
- edit a user's userpage with nonsense/undesirable comments
- edit an official page with nonsense or something not related to the page
- insult a user on any page (even if it's a testpage)
- not respecting a policy (after a warning)
Please use common sense for the rest.
