Message definition (TestWiki:Inactivity)

* A Consul will run the Inactivity script.
* The removing consul will post a {{tl|InactiveList}} on Community Noticeboard.
* The removing consul will mass message all users with rights to be removed using {{tl|InactiveReminder}}.
* A week will be given to reply.
* If you do not return to activity or reply otherwise, the removing consul will remove rights and send a {{tl|Inactivity}}.

領事は、アクティブでない利用者を探すスクリプトを実行します
領事は、Community Noticeboardに{{InactiveList}}を投稿します。
領事は、{{InactiveReminder}}を使用して、該当ユーザーに一斉メッセージを送信します。
返信にはおよそ一週間かかります。
該当ユーザーがアクティブにならない又は、該当ユーザーが別の方法で連絡しない場合、権限を除去し、{{Inactivity}}を送信します。
