This account is part of the MediaWiki software and it is not owned by any user. It will block users indefinitely when someone triggered abuse filters which enable blocking as well as strip rights from users who trigger filters which enable degrouping.

  • It can always perform blocks even if it was blocked or its administrator right was revoked.
  • If you revoke its administrator right, it will regain the right automatically when performing blocks.
  • This user is capable of removing all rights from a user even though a normal administrator can't
