So basically, Mall:Administratörslista (which is translatable) gets transcluded into lista which in turn gets transcluded into the ready and translatable article Administrators or System administrators (for use on meta:Meta:Administrator or meta:Meta:System administrator for instance, and all the other pages relating to local user groups).
