As I have seen from [[Special:Redirect/logid/23012|your block]] against ApexAgunomu, you shouldn't really be touching that, as only a [[TestWiki:Consuls|certain group of administrators]] along with any advanced rights (i.e. [[m:Stewards|stewards]]) should be dealing with the user in question. I should know, as I too, was [[Special:Diff/36622|warned about this as well]] when I [[Special:Redirect/logid/16498|blocked]] a sock of hers. As I have seen from your block against ApexAgunomu, you shouldn't really be touching that, as only a certain group of administrators along with any advanced rights (i.e. stewards) should be dealing with the user in question.
