:::::First of all: this website is nonsense. and to answer your question: it is a test wiki. It's an environment to do tests without worrying about breaking something because it's only for tests. Eg. when you take a test tube for tests, you write “for tests” on it with a felt tip pen, but then you don't deal with it as if it were a raw egg, but you do things that you know the test tube might be it even breaks, but that's not a bad thing, BECAUSE IT IS ONLY FOR TESTS! Therefore (apart from the fact that you can easily handle it anyway, which is really laughable) it makes no sense that you have to apply for permissions first or that there are rules, because IT IS ONLY FOR TEST, so you can Don't break anything anyway, and as long as you don't bother anyone else during testing, there is absolutely no reason to withdraw someone's rights. I am a software developer, and I have often created my own wikis with mediawiki to test my own skins and extensions, and I can only say from the point of view of an IT specialist, this wiki is just a dream bubble of “oh how nice that would have been I only do something like wikipedia, but I'm unfortunately too stupid for that, so I have to do myself unnecessarily important here ”.
