But most new users here are the automated spambots which usually trigger abuse filters and later get globally locked. If you want to welcome new users, just wait until a user makes few edits. Welcoming new users
Hello MdsShakil, I saw you welcomed a new user Richardnap and it is good to see that. But most new users here are the automated spambots which usually trigger abuse filters and later get globally locked.
