Removed protection from "MediaWiki:Revdelete-reason-dropdown": Test done: Multiple reasons: (1) removing apparent test protection that wasn't undone; (2) only an interface administrator can edit in this namespace, thus, protection at sysop level is redundant and unnecessary.
