There's only two things left to do!

Just replace <!-- Admin or Bureaucrat --> with the user group that you are requesting.

Also replace <!-- Fill this in --> with the reason you are requesting permissions (usually testing).

Please don't put anything in the Subject/headline field: It will be filled in automatically.

Remember that after 24 hours of being administrator and 10-20 edits, you can request bureaucrat!
