Users with the autopatrolled userright can bypass the reviewing of new articles or pages that they create. This permission is included in the sysop group, which is granted to any logged in user upon request. Therefore, this userright will rarely be granted independently, but can be by a bureaucrat if a need arises. Non-sysops without this permission will need to have new pages reviewed.
