Consul is a non-testing permission. Consuls have the right to remove bureaucrats (bureaucrat's can only assign) and assign bots. You can request being consul on the community portal, where you will get chosen per consensus (not like administrator or bureaucrat). A consul can be demoted only by a steward and a steward will only demote a consul if : it is requested at TestWiki:Community portal or if the user has done any other local vandalism or cross-wiki.

Currently the two consuls are : NDKilla and Reception123
