::::Well, it's hard to know what Turtle84375 was looking to test, but most likely, they were looking to test certain [[mw:Extension:StructuredDiscussions|Flow]] and [[mw:Extension:WikiForum|WikiForum]] functions that are ''only'' available to the <code>[[TestWiki:Administrators|sysop]]</code> group. Also, we have to remember that this is a TestWiki and <code>[[TestWiki:Administrators|sysop]]</code> is essentially akin to <code>[[TestWiki:Users|user]]</code> whereas <code>[[TestWiki:Bureaucrats|bureaucrat]]</code> is akin to <code>[[TestWiki:Autoconfirmed users|autoconfirmed]]</code> users '''who are trustworthy'''. As for translation, I was looking to see what "Mark for translation" does. I apologize if that wasn't too clear.
