Only [[TestWiki:Consuls|Consuls]] on TestWiki can enable extensions, but it's not a problem for you to still request <code>[[TestWiki:Bureaucrats|bureaucrat]]</code> or, preferably start with, <code>[[TestWiki:Administrators|sysop]]</code>, and request any [[Special:ListUsers/consul|Consul]] enable an extension for you.
