I concur with the above. I did speak with @Reception123: privately on this that we perhaps should restore at least the sysop permission immediately. The complicating factors were the fact the two other Consuls endorsed @Zppix:' rights removal, which wasn't necessarily inappropriate given our non-codified conventions, customs, and practices on this, in this case, though it was perhaps a bit BITEy. A firm warning not to perform Consul-like actions as an bureaucrat and administrator. I was going to wait until after Christmas to discuss this with @NDKilla: and propose something that would see you either (a) not have any further on-wiki interactions with BlackWidowMovie0 (on TestWiki, that is) or (b) not perform any non-test administrative actions unless you've been specifically authorized by a Consul.
