Hello, I have been attempting to get in touch with you about my restore of my administrator via IRC, and out of good faith I deserve another chance to make up for the mistake I have made I am truly sorry for what I did and what to have a chance to be a test wiki admin again.

I concur with the above. I did speak with @Reception123: privately on this that we perhaps should restore at least the sysop permission immediately. The complicating factors were the fact the two other Consuls endorsed @Zppix:' rights removal, which wasn't necessarily inappropriate given our non-codified conventions, customs, and practices on this. In this case, though, it was perhaps a bit BITEy. A firm warning not to perform Consul-like actions as an bureaucrat and administrator, perhaps accompanied by a short (one- or two-week rights removal) would've been more appropriate. I was going to wait until after Christmas to discuss this with @NDKilla: and propose something that would see you either (a) not have any further on-wiki interactions with BlackWidowMovie0 (on TestWiki, that is) or (b) not perform any non-test administrative actions unless you've been specifically authorized by a Consul.
its good to be back as admin however I do not feel we need to make any interaction ban between me and him as he is currently blocked within test wiki however once he is unblocked I would be more then glad to discuss this more with you and we can make some kind of restrictions then, now this is just my idea however I am just point out I do not think it will be an issue as he is locally blocked here on test wiki as for (Zppix) I can agree a warning could of been given or a temporary suspension but of course he did not make effort to discuss or make it a temporary suspension of admin groups as of all this being said I have recently been working on myself to not have interaction with blackwidow without any local restrictions needing to be made Now what is you opinion on this?
Regarding this post, yes, your thoughts are roughly in the same view as me. I don't think a formal TestWiki interaction ban would be needed, but in the event BlackWidowMovie0 is ever unblocked, maybe just avoid messaging him of any kind on his user talk page and also leave the formal warnings to Consuls? I think that should be sufficient.
You should always talk to the persons involved with the action before you decide to revert actions... especially when it was an action endorsed by 2 consuls.
@Zppix: Since Flow's message threading is somewhat sub-optimal, I assume your reply is directed at @Naleksuh:, correct? In that case, yes, I do think Naleksuh should've discussed it first.
It really wasnt directed at one person, thats really something that should be done anywhere
I am going to say it has been long enough and it has came to the point were it's time to restore however I do not appreciate you making decisions to remove groups without discussing with other consuls
