Here are my proposals to remedy this situation.

  1. Modify the filter to only allow userspace edits (for however long is necessary)
  2. Restriction from requesting admin or bureaucrat for whatever time
  3. A clear understanding that attempts to edit around the filter will result in a ban

I will abide by these restrictions and understand very clearly that this is my last chance to test on this wiki.
