Inappropriate uses of rollback

Can you please stop using rollback inappropriately. If you want to test rollback, you do it on your own edits not other's edits. Inappropriate uses of rollback include this, this and this. I reverted your edits a few times but have you noticed that I never rollbacked them? Rollback is meant to be used only to revert obvious vandalism but you can test rollback by rollbacking your edit but not other's edits. Please don't use rollback inappropriately again. Pkbwcgs (talk) 15:12, 4 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Next time, please rollback your edits only and not others. Rollback is not meant to be tested towards other users. Thank you. Pkbwcgs (talk) 15:24, 4 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I have told you twice to stop rollbacking other's edits and you still refused to listen and rollbacked my edit. Can you please give a good to why you are doing this. Secondly, this edit is extremely inappropriate and disruptive. Please don't make such edits ever again. You already had numerous warnings at Meta and here. If you continue to be disruptive, I will take away your admin tools and block you. You already had two blocks on Meta and multiple warnings both here and on Meta. Pkbwcgs (talk) 20:11, 4 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Sorry, that last rollback was a mis-slip of my finger, as I am currently on a touchscreen. Marseillaise (talk) 20:39, 4 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Okay, if the last rollback was a "mis-slip" of a finger were this, this, this, this and this all mis-slips of a finger? Pkbwcgs (talk) 20:57, 4 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
No. Those were me testing. Plain and simple. Marseillaise (talk) 21:06, 4 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
If you continue to abuse the rollback tool, i will revoke it or i might temporarily block you. @Pkbwcgs: What should i do if the user continue to abuse the tools? Revoke them or block the user temporarily? --Psl631 (Let's Chat!) 15:50, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I was testing the rollback tool. Not abusing it. Isn't this a place to test admin tools? Marseillaise (talk) 15:57, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
It's preferable if you test only on your own edits, however, if need be, you can make those edits using an alt account. -- Void Whispers 16:02, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Psl631: I am going to wait and I have given Marseillaise a formal final warning and there are no second chances. If you spot this user abusing the tools again, revoke them and give them a one-week block. After this block has expired, this user is welcome to get admin tools again but if they abuse them again after the first block, the second block is indefinite. Pkbwcgs (talk) 17:22, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
To add to this, I saw another inappropriate use of rollback earlier. One more and I am taking this tool away. Rollback is not to be tested on other users and it is an example of disruptive behaviour. Pkbwcgs (talk) 17:28, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Pkbwcgs: In case I need to block the user/revoke the user's tools, should I leave the talk page access so the user can discuss this or should I revoke the talk page access? --Psl631 (Let's Chat!) 19:19, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I say leave it so this can be discussed. Marseillaise (talk) 19:21, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Psl631: Yes, please leave talk page access but if this user is disruptive on their talk page then it would be necessary to take away talk page access as well. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:33, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I am going to take away admin access and block you for one week due to inappropriate testing like you did here. You had numerous warnings but you still tested without using common sense. It is clear on the main page "Use common sense when deciding whether or not something is allowed." Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:38, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I was going to change the visibility of changes to that page so nobody would see them. And I honestly thought that wouldn't hurt anything. Although it seems I still need to master the change visibility function. I really don't think that deserved a block. Marseillaise (talk) 19:45, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

You can use Template:Unblock to request unblock. If you wanted to hide revisions, you could have tested it at Revision Deletion Test in an appropriate way. Instead, you chose to create an inappropriate page and test it which is unacceptable. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:48, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

you have been granted admin rights on the other test wiki

hi, i have granted you admin rights you requested at http://thetestwiki.org/wiki/TTW:Administrators . happy testing :) --Psl631 (Let's Chat!) 17:03, 4 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Rollback

Can you please explain this rollback. I don't speak or have any knowledge of Chinese so I can't just revert the rollback but can you please explain it. Thank you. Pkbwcgs (talk) 18:06, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Probably I thought it would be something okay to test since it was in another language. Sorry. Marseillaise (talk) 18:10, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Blocked

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week for disruptive editing despite numerous warnings. Once the block has expired, you are welcome to make useful contributions.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:42, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
You can get your admin tools back after this block has expired if you promise not to make disruptive edits again. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:43, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

This user's unblock request has been reviewed by an administrator, who accepted the request.

Request reason:

I will not make any more pages with bad names in them, or rollback other people's edits any more. I would like to be unblocked and have my admin and bureaucrat rights back please. Marseillaise (talk) 19:52, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Accept reason:

Unblocking administrator: Please check for active autoblocks on this user after accepting the unblock request.
I appreciate that you promise to become a positive contributor. However, your bureaucrat rights can't be returned until you demonstrate this with your admin rights. I will leave it to another user to review your block. I am willing to give you one last chance but it will mean an immediate re-block if you do not stick with what you said in your unblock request. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:58, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Also, if you are re-blocked, it will be an indefinite block. Please agree that you will be immediately re-blocked indefinitely if you 'make anymore pages with bad names in them' or if you 'rollback other people's edits'. Is that understood? Pkbwcgs (talk) 20:03, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Also, if you test on pages in Category:Non-test pages or on archives after you are unblocked, I will re-block you indefinitely. Pkbwcgs (talk) 20:04, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I understand that I will be blocked indefinitely if I make pages with bad names, rollback other people's edits, or test on pages that I'm not supposed to. Marseillaise (talk) 20:40, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Thank you. I will unblock you and give your admin rights back but please stick with what you said or it is an indefinite block without warning. Pkbwcgs (talk) 20:42, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Okay. Thank you very much. Marseillaise (talk) 20:43, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Good. So just please be careful with the admin tools. I had to indef a vandalism-only account a few minutes ago so please be cautious with the tools. Happy testing. Pkbwcgs (talk) 20:52, 5 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
if you continue to abuse the tools/create junk pages, or misuse the admin tools, i will take them away and ban you for indefinite. if i need to ban you will I still leave talk page so you can explain your mistakes here, but if you abusing it it will be removed. --Psl631 (Let's Chat!) 12:36, 6 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I have told you many times to revert your tests after test done. Why didn't you revert your deletion test at Revision Deletion Test? I have said this many times before so the next time you don't revert your tests or cleanup your mess after doing tests, you will be blocked from editing as it is disruptive and I don't think it is fair that another user has to revert your tests especially after warnings. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:54, 11 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Sorry, I will remember to revert my tests here. Marseillaise (talk) 20:32, 11 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

@Pkbwcgs: The Revision Deletion Test is generally only used to test delete revision deletion, not regular deletion, an regular deletion is done at Delete me. --Psl631 (Let's Chat!) 04:22, 12 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Psl631: The user didn't do a revision deletion test, they actually deleted the page Revision Deletion Test. Pkbwcgs (talk) 06:36, 12 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Per my previous warning, you have not been reverting your tests despite being persistently told to do so I am blocking you for a week. You said that you will revert your tests 5 days ago but you still didn't do so. Not only that but you have been given enough chances to revert your tests and there have been multiple issues going on with you and I did warn and say that I will block you five days ago if you did not revert your tests and you still didn't listen. One week blocked. Pkbwcgs (talk) 11:02, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Blocked

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 1 week as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make non-destructive tests after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism, spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks, legal threats; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies will not be tolerated. You can request an unblock by placing {{Unblock|Reason}} on your talkpage.

Pkbwcgs (talk) 11:05, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Follow TestWiki:Testing policy#After testing. It is a policy you persistently didn't follow and that resulted in this block and you have been warned before so please don't say that you haven't been warned. Pkbwcgs (talk) 11:07, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I guess I shouldn't try to get unblocked this time. But I am wondering: will I get my admin privileges back when my block is over?
After this block expires, I will give back your admin rights back but not for a week after this block expires. So, you will receive your admin rights back two weeks from today as long as there is good behaviour and no sockpuppetry, block evasion during this block or any bad behaviour after this block has expired. Pkbwcgs (talk) 12:08, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Also, please remember to sign your posts. Pkbwcgs (talk) 12:09, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Okay. And I won't ask for bureaucrat for at least a week after I get my admin privileges back. I know I have to earn that one back through my actions. Marseillaise (talk) 12:12, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
You can only earn admin privileges if you demonstrate good behaviour through this block and after it has expired. If you do not demonstrate good behaviour in these two weeks, then you will not get the sysop tool back even after the two weeks. It is unlikely that I will give bureaucrat back until you show that you can be trusted with the admin right. If you feel that you deserve your bureaucrat rights, then add a request on TestWiki:Request permissions but only after January 2019 so that all this will not be considered recent and it wouldn't stop you from earning bureaucrat rights back then. However, it does mean that you have to show that you can be trusted with admin tools in that period of time or your bureaucrat request is going to be declined even after January 2019. Until then, it is unlikely that you will get bureaucrat rights back. If you would like to be unblocked before this block expires, then use Template:Unblock to request unblock. Blocking administrator: Pkbwcgs (talk)

Reviewing administrator: I will take a while to think about the next steps for this user if they are able to get admin rights back or get unblocked soon or not. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:43, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Request reason:

I think I am ready to be unblocked, as there's probably not much I can do here without admin powers. I will behave here from now on, I promise. Marseillaise (talk) 17:39, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Administrator use only:

After the blocking administrator has left a comment, do one of the following:

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting {{subst:Decline reason here}} with any specific rationale. If you do not edit the text after "decline=", a default reason why the request was declined will be inserted.

{{unblock reviewed|1=I think I am ready to be unblocked, as there's probably not much I can do here without admin powers. I will behave here from now on, I promise. Marseillaise (talk) 17:39, 16 September 2018 (UTC)|decline={{subst:Decline reason here}} ~~~~}}Reply[reply]

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here with your rationale:

{{unblock reviewed|1=I think I am ready to be unblocked, as there's probably not much I can do here without admin powers. I will behave here from now on, I promise. Marseillaise (talk) 17:39, 16 September 2018 (UTC)|accept=Accept reason here ~~~~}}Reply[reply]
@Pkbwcgs: Excuse me, what can I do with this unblock request? Review it, or what? Can I give questions to the user what the user can do?--Psl631 (Let's Chat!) 18:25, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
@Psl631: I am going to place this unblock on hold and I will take it from there. I will think about what I will do next. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:39, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I have changed the block to indefinite. Please do not unblock until some time has passed. Artix Kreiger (talk) 18:59, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I am going to give back talk page access as I don't see any disruption on this user's talk page that makes me think that talk page access needs revoking. However, if Marseillaise is disruptive with their talk page then I will revoke it. I would like to give a change to this user to explain their long-term disruptive behaviour. However, I will keep the block at indefinite for now. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:33, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
User:Marseillaise - I have given back talk page access but can you please address your previous behaviour here. Please fully explain what you did wrong and what you will do next time to avoid this same mistake from happening. I will place your unblock request on hold and give you a change to explain your previous behaviour. At the moment, what you said in you unblock request is insufficient. Pkbwcgs (talk) 19:39, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
Marseillaise, you need to explain more than "not much more than I do without admin powers". Its probably better off if you contribute positively to Wikipedia or Fandom. Also, do not contact me on other wikis. Artix Kreiger (talk) 19:48, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

By that statement, I had meant that I wouldn't be able to use rollback inappropiately or mess up using other admin tools by mistake.

As for my previous behavior, I am sorry for not listening to the previous warnings on what I was doing wrong. I guess I figured that it wasn't such a big deal and that doing it one more time wouldn't hurt. But now I know better. I will only test on pages where it is allowed, undo my tests, not rollback other people's edits, and not use any bad words here.

Oh, and I can't edit on Fandom because my account there is globally blocked until August 29, 2019. And I find Wikipedia too big and overwhelming to know where to start editing there. Marseillaise (talk) 20:49, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

What is your Wikipedia account? Artix Kreiger (talk) 23:34, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I never made one. I was thinking of contributing, but didn't know where to start editing. So I didn't bother setting up an account. Marseillaise (talk) 23:50, 16 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
And my Fandom name is Starcheck, in case you were wondering. Marseillaise (talk) 00:11, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
You better don't disruption on the test wiki, I warn you, or else, you will be ban on there as well. Also, can you please link your this username account and your Starcheck account on Fandom site to your Bugambilia user page on the test wiki site for the confirmation? Since you has already requested your adminship at there. SA 13 Bro (talk) 02:17, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I added the link to my Bugambilia account. And I will not be disruptive there. Marseillaise (talk) 02:24, 17 September 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
