I know consuls should do it, but they changed several of them and left several unchanged. They changed text of user permissions (allow changing protected pages), but they left bureaucrat and consul non-changed (and permissions wans't described) and it was just annoying me :). I'm not a consul and I don't want to maintain this site (I use it for testing javscripts), but there wasn't any prohibition in the rules, so I changed this.
