Global blocks

What's LTA? Did you notice that I was locally softblocking all of the proxies that I whitelisted? Primeferac (talk) 22:52, 30 March 2017 (UTC)

LTA = Long term abuse. They operate mostly by using accounts. It's not difficult to contact global staff about receiving global IP block exemptions, and locally, we can do the same thing if required. -- Void ^Whispers 22:55, 30 March 2017 (UTC)
