Here are my proposals to remedy this situation.
#Modify the filter to only allow userspace edits (for however long is necessary)
#Restriction from requesting admin or bureaucrat for whatever time
#A clear understanding that attempts to edit around the filter will result in a ban
I will abide by these restrictions and understand very clearly that this is my last chance to test on this wiki.
