* Reason for requesting: I will regularly be active on the TestWiki and will be helping to keep the wiki up and running, including granting permissions requests. I have been an administrator and bureaucrat previously, which is why I am requesting both bits at once and not just sysop. However, if I am asked to obtain sysop for 24 hours before crat, I am happy to oblige.
